MARY MO

Concept / Shoot / Edit

Our collaboration with MARY MO grew out of something very simple. My love for singing.

I joined the LMTA Jazz Chorus, where MARY MO is the artistic lead, and over time, creating together felt like a natural next step. Not planned, not forced. Just something that slowly aligned.

Working with MARY MO brings me closest to my own authenticity. It places me right next to fear. Close enough to feel it breathing. But instead of stopping, I acknowledge it and gently ask it to step aside while I take the wheel.

There’s a quiet sense of danger in that space. Not loud or chaotic, just enough to keep me awake and moving forward. It sharpens my focus, deepens my trust, and reminds me why I choose to create this way.

The work that comes from here feels honest, alive, and slightly unsteady. In the best possible way.

FIRST TIME

This was my first video tied to music, and it opened a completely new door. The people, the energy. So different from what I was used to, yet I felt instantly welcomed into the music community.

FIRST TIME ( pt.2 )

My first time filming and editing a concert. Midway through, I texted my boyfriend: “I wish everyone could feel this.” I felt completely lifted, part of something alive and raw. The challenges were real, but they sparked a hunger to dive even deeper into fearless, authentic creation.

We filmed at MARY MO’s home, a place I was entering for the first time, and I treat that kind of space as sacred. Every object holds a story. I wasn’t just filming. I was absorbing everything. Editing felt like dancing. I want more of this.
